Family Dollar – Dale Mabry
This location for a new Family Dollar Store on Dale Mabry Blvd. in Tampa, Florida provided for great visibility to our community. This is only one of several stores we are working on in the State of Florida.

iConstructors completes it’s second project for US Trust.

This was a high-end LEED construction project for US Trust Executive’s in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our first project for US Trust was in Sarasota, Florida. Being a preferred builder for a client such as this is truly an honor. Thank you!

iConstructors completes a full renovation of Palm Cafe’ in The Pointe Office Building over a weekend

We started demolition on a Friday evening at 5:30pm. The extensive renovation included all new plumbing, mechanical and electrical including fixtures. The service, preparation and beverage lines were completely replaced. The ceilings, floors and wall finishes were also totally replaced. At 6:00am Monday morning the project was 100% complete; at 7:00am the Palm Cafe’ opened for business.

“When I left Friday afternoon the workers had just arrived. When I arrived Monday morning I was surprised there were no workers on site and that the shop was completely clean and ready for business!”
