The evolution of iConstructors began over thirty years ago with the formation of Wilson Construction Company (WCC) whose parent was The Wilson Company (TWC), a full service development firm based in Tampa, FL. WCC was started in 1981 to exclusively perform tenant build-outs for TWC.

 

In 1991, Wilson Construction Company decided to expand its client base and as a result, Solutions, Inc. was founded by Robert Healy, Jack Wilson and David Smith. Under the direction of Robert Healy, President of Solutions, the company expanded to include offices in Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville and Orlando with over 70 employees and the completion of more than a million square feet of space per year.

 

For the past 20 years, our iConstructors team members have focused on “high-end” corporate office interiors, ground up bank branches, office buildings, data/networking centers, restaurants, retail and critical infrastructure facilities throughout the state of Florida. We completed in excess of 6,000 projects totaling over 15 million square feet of construction of which 95% came from repeat clients.

 

Several years after the death of Jack Wilson who was Solution’s majority partner, Robert Healy, Kevin Murphy, Michael Montecalvo, Tracy Pritchard and David Smith founded iConstructors in 2009. Due to our persistent high standards, our continued commitment to our clients and the seamless progression to iConstructors; we are excited to say that our current path is reflective of our proud History.
