We started demolition on a Friday evening at 5:30pm. The extensive renovation included all new plumbing, mechanical and electrical including fixtures. The service, preparation and beverage lines were completely replaced. The ceilings, floors and wall finishes were also totally replaced. At 6:00am Monday morning the project was 100% complete; at 7:00am the Palm Cafe’ opened for business.
