Postconstruction

Our closeout process is thorough. During construction, we keep detailed records of all activity on the jobsite. Our electronic closeout package consists of accurate as-built drawings, all warranties, manuals, as well as digital samples alongside a list of all finishes to facilitate accurate matching in the future.
